RailMatch Paint – Enamel Formulation

RailMatch paints have been developed with the modeller in mind and are suitable for brushing or spraying. If using aerosol paints, they are ready thinned, but if using our paints through an airbrush the paint will require thinning by approximately 15-20% enamel thinner, or etch primer thinners if you are using the etch primer. If using weathering shades you may want to thin the paint further to create a dusting effect. All RailMatch paints are produced with an eggshell (satin) finish, with the exception of the weathering colours which are matt. As from February 2010 all RailMatch enamel paints are now lead free.
